Who Is Eligible?

Benefits for you & your family.

If you are a regular full-time employee or intern and work at least 20 hours per week, you’re eligible for our healthcare-related plans—including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and pre-tax spending accounts—on the first of the month following your date of hire.

If you’re eligible, you can also cover your qualified dependents for these benefits. Eligible dependents include:

  • Your spouse
  • Your domestic partner of the same or opposite sex
  • Your dependent children up to age 26 (regardless of marital status), including a natural child, stepchild, a legally adopted child, a child placed for adoption, or a child for whom you or your spouse are the legal guardian
  • Your children age 26 or older who are mentally or physically disabled and rely on you for support and care
  • Children of your domestic partner, up to age 26 (regardless of marital status)
